Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a Design Coordinator to support the delivery of multidisciplinary engineering designs across Australia. You will work with the Design Manager and project stakeholders to coordinate design activities, track deliverables, and help deliver practical, buildable solutions on complex projects.

This role suits an experienced engineer, designer or design professional looking to advance in Design Management while contributing to renewable energy, transmission, transport and civil

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience in engineering design or design coordination.
• Experience in multidisciplinary design teams on infrastructure projects.
• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of design reviews, interfaces, deliverables and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary design inputs, deliverables, reviews and interfaces across major projects.
• Support design planning, programme management, action tracking and design documentation processes.
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, contractors and stakeholders to meet design requirements.
• Identify, manage and resolve design issues, risks and technical interfaces.
• Maintain design registers, monitor progress and support delivery outcomes.
