Job summary

We seek a Design Coordinator to support multidisciplinary design activities, manage interfaces, track deliverables, and help deliver practical, buildable solutions on complex projects, including renewable energy and transport.

Reporting to the Design Manager, you will coordinate inputs from engineers, consultants and contractors, maintain design registers, and contribute to planning, progress tracking and issue

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in civil or structural engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in engineering design and design coordination in infrastructure.
• Experience with multidisciplinary design teams for infrastructure, energy, or transport projects.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary design inputs, deliverables, reviews and project interfaces across major infrastructure projects.
• Support design planning, programme management, action tracking and design documentation processes.
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, contractors and stakeholders to ensure design requirements are understood and delivered.
• Assist in identifying, managing and resolving design issues, risks and technical interfaces.
• Maintain design registers, monitor progress and contribute to effective engineering delivery outcomes.
