Job summary

L’Oréal Australia invites a commercially minded Medical Field professional to join the VIC Medical Field team in Melbourne. You will connect dermatologists and GPs with our dermatological brands, driving territory performance across Melbourne CBD and the North West suburbs.

You’ll develop territory plans and execute omnichannel engagements, reporting via Veeva CRM. You will collaborate with Medical, Commercial and Marketing teams, attend medical events, and act as a brand ambassador.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with dermatologists and GPs and secure clinical recommendations.
• Develop and implement a territory business plan combining face-to-face and digital engagements to deliver a personalised omni-channel customer experience.
• Work with Medical, Commercial and Marketing teams; log daily activity in Veeva CRM and share insights with brand team.
• Represent the brand at conferences and medical events as a trusted ambassador.
