Job summary

L’Oréal Australia & New Zealand is seeking a Medical Field professional for a 6‑month maximum term contract to connect dermatologists and GPs with our dermatological brands. You’ll drive territory performance across the Western Suburbs of Melbourne and report to the Medical Field Manager.

In this role you’ll build strong professional relationships, plan territory activities, collaborate with Medical, Commercial and Marketing teams, and represent the brand at conferences and medical events.

Qualifications

• Experience building relationships with dermatologists and GPs.
• Ability to develop territory business plans and execute omnichannel strategies.
• Strong CRM/data reporting skills and ability to log activities.
• Clinical/therapeutic knowledge in dermatology is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Engage with dermatologists and GPs to detail dermatological formulations and drive recommendations.
• Develop and execute territory plans combining face-to-face and digital engagements.
• Collaborate with Medical, Commercial and Marketing teams; share intel and log activities in Veeva CRM.
• Represent the brand at conferences and medical events as a brand ambassador.
