Job summary

Galderma Australia is seeking an experienced biologics representative to join the launch of a significant new medicine in dermatology. You will work closely with dermatologists and key stakeholders to establish a new treatment option and shape your territory from day one.

The role requires 8+ years in pharmaceutical sales with a biologics background, strong PBS/access knowledge, and Australian working rights.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience with clear progression into senior specialty roles.
• Proven biologics background within dermatology, rheumatology / immunology experience strongly preferred.
• A track record of launch success in the Australian market, you’ve done this before and delivered.
• Strong PBS and access pathway knowledge, with exposure to hospital drug listing processes.
• Science degree or equivalent.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Current driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Own territory-level launch execution across Territory. Activating KOLs, early adopters and key centres of influence from day one
• Engage dermatologists at a peer level, bringing clinical data and real-world evidence to life in conversations that shift thinking and build belief
• Build and own your accounts, from the dermatologist to the nurse, practice manager, and hospital teams, becoming the name they call first
• Navigate PBS, Special Authority, and access pathways removing barriers and accelerating patient access
• Get into the field and bring back what matters; the insights, the objections, and the opportunities so the national team can move faster
• Operate with the highest standards of compliance and integrity under the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct
