Job summary

De Lune Aesthetics in Box Hill, VIC, is seeking a Dermal Therapist/Clinician for a part-time role (20–24 hours per week).

You will conduct skin consultations, tailor treatment plans and perform advanced laser and skin resurfacing, microneedling and LED therapies under the guidance of Specialist Plastic Surgeon Dr Marion Chan.

Must have 3+ years in advanced skin treatments, a relevant bachelor’s qualification in Dermal Science or Dermal Therapies, and a commitment to ongoing clinical development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in advanced and corrective skin treatments
• Bachelor qualification in Dermal Science, Dermal Therapies or related field
• Diploma of Beauty Therapy highly regarded
• Strong understanding of skin anatomy and energy-based technologies
• Confident conducting consultations and developing personalised treatment plans
• Experience with advanced laser and resurfacing technologies highly regarded
• Warm, professional and passionate about outstanding client results
• Commitment to ongoing education and clinical development

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and tailor treatment plans
• Perform advanced skin and laser treatments including Fotona SP Dynamis Pro
• Develop homecare plans and monitor client progress
• Assist with lymphatic drainage knowledge is valued
• Collaborate with Dr Marion Chan for clinical guidance

Position: Dermal Therapist/Clinician

The One Clinic Agency is partnering with De Lune Aesthetics, led by Specialist Plastic Surgeon Dr Marion Chan, to recruit an experienced Dermal Therapist/Clinician for their Box Hill clinic.

De Lune Aesthetics offers a highly personalised, results-focused approach to skin health, combining advanced treatments with strong clinical expertise and a commitment to exceptional client outcomes.

We’re looking for someone who is clinically confident, highly personalised in their approach and comfortable thinking beyond scripted treatment protocols to achieve the best possible outcomes for each client, with the support and guidance of Dr Marion.

The Opportunity

You will conduct comprehensive skin consultations, develop tailored treatment and homecare plans and perform advanced skin and laser treatments, including:

• Fotona SP Dynamis Pro laser treatments
• Fractional and ablative skin resurfacing
• Scarring, pigmentation and vascular treatments
• Chemical Peels and BioRePeel
• Microneedling and Healite II LED

Experience in Manual Lymphatic Drainage or lymphatic massage is highly regarded, along with a genuine interest in developing this skill further.

About You
