Job summary

The Louve Skin Clinic in Geelong is seeking an experienced Dermal Therapist or Dermal Clinician to join our growing cosmetic clinic four days per week. You will manage your own skin patients and work closely with our Registered Nurses to deliver advanced dermal treatments in a clinical setting.

This role focuses on consultation, personalised treatment planning, and evidence-based therapies such as laser, IPL, microneedling and chemical peels, plus home skincare guidance that builds long-term

Qualifications

• Must have recognised qualification in Dermal Therapy, Dermal Science or Beauty Therapy with advanced dermal training.
• Experience working in a cosmetic/dermatology/advanced skin clinic.
• Previous experience with laser and IPL treatments.
• Strong knowledge of skin physiology and active skincare.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and develop personalised treatment plans.
• Deliver Laser Genesis treatments and IPL skin treatments for pigmentation and vascular concerns.
• Perform microneedling and chemical peels.
• Administer LED treatments and skin pre/post-care.
• Educate patients on home skincare and build long-term relationships.
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and treatment photography.

The Louve Skin Clinic is looking for an experienced Dermal Therapist or Dermal Clinician to join our team four days per week.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is genuinely passionate about skin and wants to build a long-term career within an established cosmetic clinic.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of their skin patients, confidently consult and develop treatment plans, and build long-term relationships through exceptional patient care and results.

Working four days per week, you will manage your own skin patients while working closely alongside our Registered Nurses and wider clinic team. You will be delivering advanced dermal treatments within a clinical environment, with a strong focus on evidence-based treatments, exceptional patient care and long-term skin health.

Key responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive skin consultations and developing personalised treatment plans
• Laser Genesis treatments
• IPL skin treatments, including pigmentation and vascular concerns

• Recommending appropriate home skincare and educating patients on their skin

About you

• A recognised qualification in Dermal Therapy, Dermal Science or Beauty Therapy with advanced dermal training
• Experience working within a cosmetic, dermatology or advanced skin clinic
• Previous experience with laser and IPL treatments
• Strong knowledge of skin physiology, skin conditions and active skincare
• Confidence conducting consultations and developing treatment plans
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
