Sydney Skin Lab in Sydney is seeking a Senior Dermal & Laser Therapist for a permanent part-time role. The candidate should have a minimum of two years’ experience in advanced skin and laser treatments, including clinical-grade peels and laser hair removal, with personalised treatment planning.

Ongoing training, social media involvement, and exceptional client service are valued. Availability includes two to three days per week and alternating Saturdays.

We are seeking a professional and client-focused Senior Dermal & Laser Therapist to join Sydney Skin Lab on a permanent part-time basis.

The candidate must have a minimum of Two years’ experience in advanced skin and laser treatments, including clinical-grade peels, laser hair removal, skin consultations and personalised treatment planning.

You must be reliable, punctual and committed, with excellent communication and customer-service skills. Experience with social media is preferred; however, training can be provided. Ongoing training in our treatments, equipment and clinic protocols will also be provided.

Availability

The successful candidate must be available to work two to three days per week, including alternating Saturdays when required. Saturday shifts may be shorter depending on clinic bookings.

Clinic Hours

Tuesday: 10:00 am–5:00 pm

Thursday: 10:00 am–6:00 pm

Friday: 10:00 am–5:00 pm

Saturday: 10:00 am–4:00 pm

Sunday and Monday: Closed

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed skin and laser consultations
• Assess clients’ concerns and develop personalised treatment plans
• Perform advanced skin treatments, including clinical-grade peels
• Perform laser hair removal and other laser treatments safely and confidently
• Recommend suitable treatments and home-care products
• Educate clients about treatment preparation, aftercare and expected results
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
• Follow all clinic hygiene, safety and treatment protocols
• Assist with social media content and clinic marketing
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Maintain a clean, hygienic and organised clinic environment
• Complete general cleaning and end-of-shift duties, including cleaning treatment rooms, equipment and work areas.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to arriving on time for every scheduled shift
• Available to work two to three days per week, including alternating Saturdays when required

Requirements

• Minimum two years of professional experience in dermal and laser treatments
• Diploma of Beauty Therapy, Dermal Therapy qualification or equivalent
• Appropriate laser training experience or certification
• Strong skin consultation and treatment-planning skills
• Experience with advanced skin treatments and clinical-grade peels
• Confident and experienced in performing laser treatments
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
