Our client is seeking an experienced Dermal Therapist to join their clinical team. This role suits a confident, safety-focused practitioner who delivers excellent consultations and treatment outcomes and enjoys working collaboratively in a professional clinical environment. The position will initially be casual, working three to five days per week by arrangement. Saturday availability is required. There is a genuine opportunity for the role to become permanent as the clinic grows.
Perform Pico and carbon laser treatments, laser tattoo removal, microneedling, RF needling and oxygen infusion treatments
Perform HIFU treatments where trained and competent; training can be provided
Conduct thorough consultations, skin assessments and individual treatment planning
Obtain informed consent and provide clear pre- and post-treatment care advice
Identify contraindications and appropriately manage or escalade adverse reactions
Maintain accurate treatment notes, consent records and clinical photography with client consent
Follow infection control, laser safety and workplace health and safety requirements
Recommend appropriate skincare and homecare regimens to support treatment outcomes
Contribute to a warm, professional and consistently high-quality client experience
At least five years' relevant experience as a practising Dermal Therapist or Dermal Clinician, or equivalent demonstrated capability
Strong hands-on experience with laser treatments, ideally including Pico, carbon laser and tattoo removal
Demonstrated experience with microneedling and RF needling
A recognised qualification in dermal therapies, clinical aesthetics, beauty therapy or a related discipline
Current laser safety training and any licence or accreditation required to operate Class 3B or Class 4 laser devices
Sound knowledge of skin physiology, contraindications and complication management
Excellent consultation, communication, consent and record-keeping skills
A professional, collaborative approach and a genuine interest in ongoing clinical learning
Clinical mentorship from an experienced cosmetic doctor and cosmetic nursing team
