Southern Cross Care NSW/ACT is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with leadership skills to join our Young facility as Deputy Residential Manager. You will provide direct care, support and guidance to residents, and mentor the care team.
You will lead the care delivery in line with best practice and SCC values, liaise with stakeholders, and contribute to a positive workplace culture while upholding Work Health and Safety policies.

The successful candidate will be dedicated to providing direct care, support and guidance to residents in accordance with best practice. You will lead the care for the residents in a manner consistent with quality and respect whilst providing mentoring to the care team.
