Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead Housing & Leasing Services in Alice Springs, Australia, supporting US Government programs.

You will oversee residential housing, facilities maintenance, vendor coordination, and regulatory compliance for Host Nation requirements, with 100% onsite work contingent on contract award. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage budgets, ensure service quality, and uphold security clearances as required, delivering integrated housing and facilities

Qualifications

Five years of experience in project management, real estate, or a related business field.
Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance or Host Nation NV-1 clearance.
Degree in Project Management, Real Estate, or a related business field from an accredited college or university.
Strong budgeting and cost oversight abilities.
Experience in facilities management operations.

Responsibilities

Manage 24x7 facilities operations to ensure continuous availability of critical systems and infrastructure.
Lead cross-functional teams and strategic planning across programs.
Ensure compliance with Host Nation Real Estate regulations and real estate trust accounts.
Oversee SOW execution, subcontract management, and cost control.
