Job summary

St Anne's College, Kialla, seeks a Deputy Principal - College Operations & Student Wellbeing to join our Catholic school community. This fixed-term, full-time role supports the Principal in guiding mission, strategic direction and continuous improvement across learning, wellbeing, Catholic identity, and operations.

The Deputy Principal partners with CESL in implementing policies, leading change, and strengthening leadership capacity while ensuring a nurturing environment where every learner

Qualifications

• Leading within Catholic education, fostering Catholic identity, faith formation, inclusion and student wellbeing.
• Experience in leading school improvement initiatives, curriculum development and learner outcomes.
• Experience in strategic leadership, governance, compliance and administration of school operations, resources and systems.
• Leadership coaching and mentoring to build staff capability and promote professional growth.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills for collaboration across stakeholders.
• Ability to respond to complex situations with professionalism, integrity and sound judgement.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across learning, wellbeing, Catholic identity, community engagement, operations and organisational effectiveness.
• Ensure the effective implementation of CESL policies, procedures and strategic initiatives.
• Build staff capacity, lead change and develop leadership at all levels.
• Create coherence across school priorities and support professional growth of staff.
