West Moreton Health is seeking a Deputy Director (Operations) to provide whole-of-service operational leadership across Custodial Primary Health. The role partners with clinical, nursing and service development leaders to strengthen performance, patient flow, workforce sustainability and consistent service delivery across correctional and youth detention health services.
You will drive governance, risk management and strategic workforce planning in a large, geographically dispersed region.
