Talent Web Recruitment is seeking a Finance Director / Deputy CFO for a rapidly expanding national growth business. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead the national finance function across financial control, FP&A and governance.

You will build the team, shape strategic finance initiatives, and partner with the CEO and Board to drive capital management and treasury as the business scales. This is a high-visibility role with broad remit and strong progression as the company expands across states.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualified finance leader
• Experience leading teams and improving finance capability
• ASX listed company experience is valuable
• Background in construction, manufacturing, infrastructure or capital-intensive environments

Responsabilités

• Deputise for the CFO, leading the finance function and representing finance in executive discussions and decisions
• Lead and develop the national finance team and shared services, building capability and service delivery
• Lead technical accounting and financial reporting, ensuring confidence in financial information
• Partner with the CEO, CFO and operational leaders on strategy, performance and investment decisions
• Drive finance transformation, strengthening systems, processes and governance
• Lead major corporate initiatives with financial planning, analysis and reporting for growth
