Job summary

Zinfra, a leading Australian infrastructure partner, invites applications for a Site-Based Plant & Equipment Officer in Goulburn, NSW. You will ensure depot operations run safely, supervise fleet allocation, and maintain asset records across multiple systems.

Qualifications

Experience in plant, fleet, logistics or depot operations.
Proficiency with asset management systems and Excel.
Strong planning and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the Goulburn depot safely and efficiently.
Coordinate allocation, utilisation and movement of fleet, plant and equipment.
Maintain accurate fleet, plant and equipment records across systems.
Monitor asset utilisation; identify fleet optimisation opportunities.
Support maintenance, inspections and calibration for assets.
Coordinate deliveries, receivals and logistics, including unloading and storage.
Manage depot facilities, maintenance requests, site inspections and housekeeping.
Ensure visitors, contractors and employees meet induction and safety procedures.
Prepare and analyse asset, fleet and equipment reports for continuous improvement.
