Job summary

Land Transport is seeking an experienced Depot Manager for the Dubbo Depot to lead safe, efficient operations and drive service excellence across transport and storage activities.

You will supervise staff, coordinate fleet and warehouse activities, and ensure WHS compliance while delivering strong customer service. This full-time role offers a long-term career with a family-owned business and a national presence.

• Oversee day-to-day operation of a Transport and Storage in the Dubbo Depot.
• Supervise, lead and support depot staff.
• Role model safety behaviours at all times.
• Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and company policies.
• Oversee fleet utilisation and maintenance coordination.
• Ensure accurate records are maintained.

We are currently looking to undertake a Depot Manager to join our team in our Dubbo Depot.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Depot Manager to step into a dynamic role within an Australia wide family-owned general freight transport company.

The Depot Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient and compliant operation of the depot, including the management of staff, fleet coordination, warehouse and yard activities, and customer service delivery. The role ensures operational performance, compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and effective leadership of depot personnel.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee day-to-day operation of a Transport and Storage in the Dubbo Depot
• Supervise, lead and support depot staff
• Role model safety behaviours at all times
• Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and company policies
• Oversee fleet utilisation and maintenance coordination
