Job summary

Return-It is hiring to lead a small team at our recycling depots and Express collection points. You will oversee rostering, ensure welcoming service, and sort recyclables while maintaining safety standards.

You will foster customer satisfaction, look for efficiency improvements, and develop staff skills to work safely and efficiently in a fast-growing recycling environment.

About the role:

Leading a small team to deliver outstanding customer service
