Job summary

TOMRA is seeking a Depot Team Leader for our Brookvale Depot. You will run day-to-day operations, lead by example, and guide a hands-on crew to deliver an excellent customer experience.

You’ll coach team members, keep the site clean and safe, and jump in on busy days to maintain smooth operations and high-energy service for our customers and community.

Qualifications

• Experience leading people in a workplace environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic IT tools.
• Experience in cleaning or maintenance roles is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Lead day-to-day operations at the Brookvale Depot.

Step up and lead the crew at our Brookvale Depot!

Ready to take the next step and lead from the front? If you enjoy being hands-on, supporting a team and keeping things running smoothly, this could be the role for you.

As our Depot Team Leader, you’ll be right in the action running day-to-day operations while guiding your team to deliver a great customer experience. You’ll lead by example, helping customers with the Return and Earn machines, jumping in to support the team on busy days, and making sure the site stays clean, safe and running like clockwork.

You’ll be the go-to person on shift, keeping the team motivated, organised and on track. Whether it’s coaching team members, solving problems on the spot or making sure everyone is set up for success, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive, high-energy work environment.

We’re looking for someone who can work independently, take ownership and be that friendly, reliable face both customers and team members can count on. If you enjoy leading people, staying active and being part of something that supports your local community and the environment, you’ll fit right in.

• Full- time role working across 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day per week.

Qualifications

About you:

• Previous experience in a people leadership role
• Good knowledge of Microsoft apps and general IT skills
• Cleaning or maintenance experience
• High level of communication (verbal and written)
