We are looking for casual Team Members to join our Return-It Depot in Dromana.

About the role

As a Team Member, you will be the friendly face of Return-It, helping customers recycle their containers and making sure each visit is simple, smooth and positive.

You will be responsible for:

• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Helping customers with container returns and return technology.
• Sorting and processing recyclable containers.
• Keeping the site clean, safe and ready for customers.
• Following safe work procedures and site operating requirements.
• Working with your team to keep the site running smoothly.

About you

You do not need to have worked in recycling before. What matters most is that you are reliable, hands-on and enjoy helping people.

You will bring:

• A positive attitude and strong customer focus.
• Reliability and commitment to your agreed roster.
• The ability to work safely and follow procedures.
• A willingness to roll up your sleeves and work as part of a team.

Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, warehouse, waste, recycling or labouring environments may be helpful, but is not essential.
