Job summary

Lowes Petroleum Service is recruiting for a depot administrator to support the Gladstone Depot in daily operations. This role focuses on accurate order processing, customer service, and stock control within a busy regional depot environment.

You will join a team committed to safety, efficiency, and community engagement, with opportunities to develop in a growing regional business. Forklift licensing is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience (essential).
• Forklift licence is desirable but not required.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Initiative and sound problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of HSSE and COR processes.
• Customer-focused with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Commitment to compliance and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Support the team with day-to-day depot operations.
• Manage inventory control and stock movements.
• Complete end-of-month reconciliation tasks.

About the Role

Reporting to the Depot Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and operational support of our Gladstone Depot.

This is a dynamic role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a busy depot environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Support the team with day-to-day depot operations
• Manage inventory control and stock movements
• Complete end-of-month reconciliation tasks

Skills & Experience

• Previous administration experience (essential)
