You will capture data, manage schedules, coordinate procurement, report progress, and maintain project documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in written and verbal communications to articulate ideas clearly.
• Basic project management strategies and tools to manage projects effectively.
• Ability to articulate and evangelize services to collaborators.
• Basic relationship management, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to remain focused and perform under timeline pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the Project Manager in daily duties to ensure seamless project execution.
• Capture and analyze relevant management information to inform strategic decisions.
• Assign tasks and work closely with the team to remove blockers.
• Control project schedules and track, analyze, and communicate project risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate procurement processes and communicate any issues to the procurement manager.
• Coordinate projects from inception to completion, ensuring all achievements are met.
• Maintain close contact with key project members and decision makers.
• Track and report project progress, keeping all collaborators informed.
• Update documentation and project plans regularly.
• Implement and update data security procedures to protect sensitive information.
