Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking a Deployment & Installation Supervisor to lead and optimize the deployment and installation processes across Service, ensuring high-quality outcomes for customers in a dynamic gaming industry.

You will drive standard methodologies, coordinate site surveys, and oversee technicians, while collaborating with Sales, Product Management and Field Operations to align activities with strategic priorities. Strong emphasis on safety and governance is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and installation for Service, ensuring deployments, installations, upgrades, and rollouts are safe and efficient.
• Establish and continually improve the deployment operating model with standard methodologies and processes.
• Evaluate deployment activities to determine appropriate delivery pathways and scope.
• Plan and coordinate site surveys and technical assessments.
• Develop Scope of Works detailing installation methods, labour, sequencing and access.
• Align deployment work with contracted scope and prepare quotations for variations.
• Provide technical governance to the Resource Planner to set deployment priorities.
• Appoint and support Lead Technicians for deployment activities.
• Promote resource sharing to improve technician utilization and reduce labour costs.
• Conduct post-install audits and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Field Operations and customers to align deployments with priorities.
• Promote use of technology, automation, and AI to improve planning and performance.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and governance with company policies.
• Monitor deployment performance and analytics to drive efficiency and outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Lead and assist in the complete deployment and installation process for the Service business, ensuring product deployments, installations, upgrades, and strategic rollout programs are carried out safely, professionally, and efficiently.
• Establish, govern, and continuously improve the deployment operating model by developing standard methodologies, labour models, technical standards, and deployment processes that improve consistency, efficiency, and customer outcomes.
• Evaluate incoming deployment activities to determine the suitable delivery pathway, identifying work that requires technical planning, site assessment, or operational oversight.
• Conduct or coordinate site surveys and technical assessments to validate customer requirements and deployment complexity.
• Develop comprehensive Scope of Works documentation that clearly defines installation methodology, labour requirements, sequencing, customer responsibilities, equipment needs, and access arrangements.
• Assess all deployment activities against contracted scope, identify additional works, prepare customer quotations for variations, and acquire commercial approvals before additional work commences.
• Provide technical governance and support to the Resource Planner, ensuring deployment priorities are based on consistent operational standards.
• Appoint and support Lead Technicians for deployment activities, ensuring they understand project scope, customer expectations, and delivery objectives.
• Promote resource sharing across operational teams to improve technician utilization and reduce labour costs.
• Conduct post-installation quality audits, review deployment performance, and implement improvements that improve future deployment activities.
• Develop solid working connections with Sales, Product Management, Field Operations, Service Systems, Service Support, and customers to guarantee deployment activities align with strategic business priorities.
• Promote the integration of technology, automation, and AI to advance deployment planning, scheduling, communication, reporting, and operational performance.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, compliance, and operational governance, ensuring deployment activities align with legislative requirements and company policies.
• Monitor deployment performance through operational reporting and important metrics, providing recommendations to improve efficiency and commercial outcomes.
