Aufgaben

• Lead a team of 20+ to deliver best experience and safety culture.
• Open and close the store across weekdays and weekends with duty manager responsibilities.
• Rostering, planning and driving department sales through merchandising and metrics.
• Coach and develop staff, monitor service levels and respond to customer feedback.
• Own department stock accuracy, replenishment discipline and loss prevention.
