Bunnings in Melbourne is recruiting a Department Manager to lead a busy, high-volume store area. You will manage a team of 20+ colleagues, drive service standards, stock accuracy, and sales performance, and partner with Merchandising, Health and Safety, and Store Leadership.

You’ll train and develop your team, model a Best Experience for customers, and ensure your department showcases wide ranges and competitive prices. Weekend work is required.

Formación

• Experience leading teams in retail or high-volume environment.
• Strong understanding of safety and wellbeing policies.
• Ability to develop teams and deliver customer excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of 20+ to maintain an engaged and safe work environment, including opening/closing the store.
• Build team capability on Best Experience and Safety Culture & Compliance.
• Rostering and planning to deliver service and drive department sales.
