Spotlight Retail Group (SRG) is seeking a hands-on Store Leader in Armidale to oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team and drive sales growth. The role emphasizes stock management, merchandising, and executing catalogue campaigns while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Ideal candidates bring strong retail leadership, visual merchandising experience, and a proactive, owner’s mindset.

• Strong retail leadership experience preferred.
• Time management skills.

• Physically capable to work large volumes of stock and set the pace.

• IT competency.

• Monitor daily stock recovery in your department
