Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to lead daily store operations in a high-volume environment in Australia. You will manage 20+ team members, drive service levels, merchandising, and stock integrity while reporting to the Operations and Complex Managers.

You will champion safety, coach your team, and ensure adherence to policies as you deliver Best Experience to customers and maintain the widest range and best prices.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a high-volume retail environment with safety focus.
• Ability to train and develop team members and drive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 20+ to deliver Best Experience and manage duty manager responsibilities.
• Drive department sales through merchandising and KPI monitoring.
• Own stock accuracy, replenishment, and loss prevention processes.
• Rostering and strategic planning to meet service promises.
