About the Practice

An established dental practice serving the Cairns community, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centred dental care. The practice provides a welcoming and comfortable environment, supported by an experienced dental team and modern clinical technology. The team is committed to providing personalised care across a broad range of dental needs, with a strong emphasis on patient comfort, quality outcomes and ongoing oral health. The team is led by an experienced principal dentist and supported by a team of 10 dental professionals, providing comprehensive general, restorative and cosmetic dental care in a modern clinical environment.

About the Position

This is an opportunity for an experienced Dentist to join an established private dental practice in Cairns. The role offers the opportunity to provide a broad range of general dental care within a modern clinical environment and work alongside an experienced dental team. The position would suit a dentist who is confident across general dentistry and enjoys providing personalised, patient-focused care. Experience with CAD/CAM technology, including digital restorative workflows, would be highly regarded. The successful candidate will have access to modern dental technology and a supportive professional environment, with opportunities to provide general, restorative and cosmetic treatments depending on clinical interests and experience. Above all, our client is looking for a caring and communicative Dentist who is committed to delivering high-quality clinical care, building strong patient relationships and contributing positively to the team.

Key Requirements

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration with the Dental Board of Australia


• Demonstrated experience in general dentistry, ideally with at least 2 years or plus


• Practical experience using CAD/CAM technology


• Clinical experience within Australia or a comparable dental system, including the UK, New Zealand, Ireland, Canada or the United States


• Strong patient communication skills with a caring, professional and patient-centred approach
