Maven Dental Cairns City is seeking an experienced Senior Dental Receptionist for a casual role at our busy six-chair practice in Cairns. You will take ownership of the front desk, manage the appointment book, welcome patients, and support clinicians to ensure smooth patient flow.

Flexibility to work 3–4 days per week with potential for extra shifts. Experience with D4W software is highly regarded; join a collaborative team within the Abano Healthcare Network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in dental reception.
• Understanding of dental terminology, procedures and workflows.
• Experience managing a busy appointment book.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Patient-focused, reliable and team-oriented.

Maven Dental Cairns City is looking for an experienced Senior Dental Receptionist to join our established six-chair practice on a casual basis.

We’re looking for someone who already understands the pace of a busy dental practice and can confidently take ownership of the front desk. You’ll be comfortable managing the appointment book, supporting patients and clinicians, and keeping reception running smoothly without needing to be shown the basics.
