Job summary

Novadent Labs in Sydney is seeking a motivated Dental Technician All-Rounder to join our growing lab. This hands-on role involves fabricating crowns, bridges, dentures, splints and implant restorations, plus model work and repairs, while maintaining open communication with clinicians.

You will contribute to quality control and collaborate across departments to achieve optimal outcomes. We offer a supportive team, modern equipment, ongoing training, and a competitive salary based on experience.

Dental Technician (All-Rounder/Admin) – Join Our Growing Lab Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable All-Rounder Dental Technician to become part of our dynamic and fast-paced dental laboratory. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a passion for quality, precision, and collaboration across all areas of dental technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabrication of crowns, bridges, dentures, splints, and implant restorations

Model work, wax-ups, ceramic layering

Repairs and adjustments

Identifying and communicating fabrication or technical issues with clinicians to ensure timely resolutions and optimal outcomes

Quality control to ensure all cases meet or exceed Dentists standards

Assisting across departments where needed

About You:

Minimum 1 year in experience in a dental lab environment

Knowledgeable across multiple areas of dental technology

Must have proficient computer skills to enter and update dental cases using lab management software

Proven ability to establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with Dentists

Strong communicator who can explain technical matters clearly to dental professionals

High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Organised, reliable, and motivated to grow with the business
