Job summary

Novadent Labs in Sydney is seeking a motivated Dental Technician All-Rounder to join our growing lab. This hands-on role involves fabricating crowns, bridges, dentures, splints and implant restorations, plus model work and repairs, while maintaining open communication with clinicians.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a dental lab environment
• Knowledge across multiple areas of dental technology
• Proficient with lab management software
• Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with dentists
• Strong communicator who can explain technical matters clearly
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Organised, reliable and motivated to grow with the business

Responsibilities

• Fabrication of crowns, bridges, dentures, splints, and implant restorations
• Model work, wax-ups, ceramic layering
