Job summary

Cornerstone Health is seeking a Dental Receptionist to join Our Medical team in Sydney. You will be the first point of contact for patients, managing appointments, records, payments and inquiries with a patient-first approach.

You will bring strong customer service, experience in dental administration (preferred), familiarity with patient management systems (Dental4Windows a bonus), and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in dental administration is preferred.
• Experience with patient management systems is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for patients.
• Manage patient enquiries, appointments, records, payments and re-bookings.
• Support dentists and the clinical team with administrative tasks.
• Order stock and coordinate supplies for the clinic.
• Ensure the reception and clinic areas are well presented, organised, and welcoming.
• Communicate effectively with dentists, dental assistants, patients, and suppliers.
• Contribute to a collaborative and positive team environment.
• Foster a collegial team atmosphere and assist in providing better oral healthcare.

About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a Dental Receptionist to join our Our Medical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for patients

• Support dentists and the clinical team with administrative tasks

• Ensure the reception and clinic areas are well presented, organised, and welcoming
