Job summary

Macarthur Paediatric Dentistry in Camden is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our growing team on a full-time basis with a 9-day fortnight roster. You’ll be the first point of contact, creating a calm, welcoming and professional experience for children and their families.

Responsibilities include managing appointments, patient flow, and daily communications. This role is primarily in Camden with occasional Fridays at Penrith, offering a stable, long-term place to belong.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in reception, administration or customer service.
• Experience in a dental or medical practice is preferred.
• Ability to stay calm and organized handling a busy front desk.
• Clear, professional communication with children and families.

About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly, organised Receptionist to join our growing team in a full-time position (9 day fortnight roster)

You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients and families, playing a key role in creating a calm, welcoming and professional experience from the moment they walk through the door.

This is a front-facing role where no two days are the same. You’ll be managing appointments, supporting patient flow, and keeping the day running smoothly for both our team and the families we care for.

The role is primarily based in our Camden practice, and may require to occasionally work from our Penrith location on a Friday.
