Qualifications

• Experience leading people in healthcare operations.
• Ability to coordinate reception workflows, rosters and staff coverage.
• Comfort with financial administration and software systems.

Responsibilities

• Organise reception workflows, rosters and staff coverage.
• Coaching staff and setting clear expectations.
• Oversee payroll coordination, budgets and inventory purchasing.
• Review operational performance and implement improvements.
• Support treatment coordination while dentists maintain clinical decisions.
