Job summary

Bupa Dental Castle Towers in Sydney is seeking a Practice Manager to lead the practice team and drive efficient daily operations across clinical, admin and patient services. You will partner with the Practice Development Manager and Practice Principal to deliver a seamless patient experience, strong team performance and sound financial management in a fast-paced dental environment.

The purpose of this job is…

The Practice Manager will lead the Practice Team and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the practice operation in collaboration with Practice Development Manager and Practice Principal.

What you’ll bring to the role

• Proven people leadership experience is essential, with the ability to motivate, develop and bring out the best in a diverse team
• We value leadership experience from all industries and backgrounds, and previous dental or healthcare experience is welcomed but not essential
• Strong organisational, administrative and time-management skills, with the ability to confidently manage competing priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build relationships with patients, clinicians and your practice team
• Commercial acumen, including an understanding of revenue generation, cost management and P&L performance
• Confidence in navigating difficult conversations, resolving issues and making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• A customer-focused mindset and the ability to create a positive experience for both your team and patients
