Job summary

Delight Dental Spa Pty in Sydney appears to be seeking a Patient Intake Coordinator with a sales and conversion focus. You will handle new patient enquiries across Mascot and Pagewood/Eastgardens, build trust, answer questions and guide patients toward care.

You’ll manage inbound/outbound contacts, explain treatment options and fees, and maintain a HubSpot/Aircall pipeline while collaborating with reception and clinical teams for a seamless patient journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer conversion is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups.
• Comfort using CRM and telephony tools.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound and outbound enquiries into booked consultations.
• Understand patient needs and motivations to guide decisions.
• Explain consultations, treatment pathways, fees and options.
• Follow up patients who haven't booked.
• Maintain an active pipeline in HubSpot and Aircall.
• Assist with treatment coordination and progression into care.
• Collaborate with reception and clinical teams for a smooth patient experience.
