Qualifications

• Dental front-office experience using EXACT is highly regarded.
• Strong ability to build appointment pipelines and bookings.
• Excellent communication and patient-centred approach.
• Experience handling payments and HICAPS within scope.

Responsibilities

• Build, scale and reactivate patient enquiries and recalls.
• Manage patient commitment, attendance, and scheduling.
• Explain treatment steps and payment pathways; process payments.
• Maintain accurate patient records in EXACT.
• Collaborate with clinicians and Practice Manager to keep the day moving.
• Deliver warm, trustworthy patient interactions.
