Job summary

Bupa Australia in Greenslopes (Brisbane) is seeking a permanent full-time Dental Assistant - Receptionist, including Saturdays. You’ll provide a high-quality front-office experience, oversee patient appointments, billing, and records, while supporting clinical care and promoting dental health education.

You’ll perform chair-side assisting, x-ray procedures, maintain infection control, and help ensure smooth operation of the practice.

Qualifications

• Provide chair-side assistance for dental professionals and assist with x-ray procedures.
• Clean and prepare treatment rooms and instruments following infection control standards.
• Follow service quality, WHS policies and procedures to ensure safe services.
• Assist with management of appointment schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide chair-side assistance for dental professionals providing dental treatment including suction, instruments, and materials.
• Clean and prepare the treatment room, instruments and equipment per infection control standards.
• Assist with appointment scheduling including booking, cancellations and confirmations.
