Job summary

Maven Dental Robina on the Gold Coast is seeking a blended Dental Assistant and Receptionist to join our friendly team. The role starts with 2–3 days per week, with the potential for additional hours from early January.

You will handle front desk duties, bookings and patient enquiries while also assisting chairside with clinical support to ensure a smooth patient journey and robust practice operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' dental industry experience.
• Strong front office and reception skills.
• Experience with appointment scheduling, patient conversion and treatment planning.
• Current chairside dental assisting skills.
• Friendly, organized and proactive approach; able to work collaboratively in a busy practice.

• Manage front desk operations, including patient bookings, appointments and enquiries.

• Current practical chairside Dental Assisting skills and the ability to comfortably move between reception and clinical duties.
• A friendly, organised and proactive approach, with a genuine passion for patient care.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a busy dental practice.

Please note: This is a blended Dental Assistant / Receptionist role. Applicants must be comfortable and experienced in both front office and chairside duties.
