The successful candidate will have experience in dental administration or medical admin, and be competent in processing claims and government vouchers. We encourage teamwork, strong time management, and the ability to work independently, with training

• Competency in processing claims & transactions (Hicaps, DVA, CDBS & government vouchers)

Responsibilities

• Triage calls and patient inquiries and prioritise tasks.
• Manage front desk duties and bookings.
• Process claims with Hicaps, DVA, CDBS and government vouchers.
• Maintain infection control standards and assist where needed.

• Sound understanding of infection control


• Ability to work unsupervised


• Experience using Oasis Software (highly regarded)

The successful applicant will have training provided for a wide range of dental procedures, sterilization duties and be willing to adapt to feedback on a regular basis.
