Job summary

HCF Australia is seeking a permanent full-time Dental Assistant to join the Campbelltown Dental Center in Macarthur Square Shopping Centre. You will work with dentists and the Practice Manager to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with our Dental Quality Management System.

Responsibilities include chair-side assistance, instruments preparation, infection control, patient coordination, and stock management. The role requires neat appearance and a proactive, confidential approach.

Qualifications

• Previous dental knowledge and experience.
• Neat appearance and sound personal hygiene.
• High level of confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.
• Initiative and common sense in daily tasks.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists in chair-side duties and patient care.
• Maintain a clean, safe clinical environment.
• Coordinate patient flow and prepare for treatment.
• Sterilise instruments and manage stock.
• Comply with WHS and infection control standards.
