HCF is seeking a Dental Assistant in Campbelltown, NSW, to support dentists and the Practice Manager. The role ensures patient comfort, maintains a clean clinical environment, and coordinates patient flow.

On-site position at Macarthur Square Shopping Centre, permanent full-time, Mon-Fri. Essential experience in dentistry, neat appearance, confidentiality, initiative, and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Previous dental knowledge and experience.
• Neat appearance, sound personal hygiene.
• High level of confidentiality, tact and diplomacy.
• Initiative and common sense in daily tasks.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assistance to dentists, ensuring patient comfort and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised clinical environment per policy.
• Monitor patient day sheets, prepare for patient lists and emergencies.
• Coordinate patient flow including escorting and settling.
• Assist with chair-side duties: instrument setup, data entry, radiograph development.
