Queensland Oral Medicine in Brisbane CBD is seeking a Dental Assistant/Receptionist or Medical Receptionist to join a small, close-knit team. The role is 2–3 days per week on weekdays, with potential for long-term growth and career progression.

Responsibilities include general reception and admin duties, liaising with dental and medical colleagues, imaging and pathology providers, and clinical work such as sterilisation and chairside assisting when required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Good time management with ability to multitask and prioritise.
• Must have high computer literacy.
• Rapid and accurate typing skills.
• Experience in a reception role preferred.
• Knowledge of dental/medical terminology is highly regarded.
• Genie software knowledge is highly regarded.

Responsabilités
