Dental Solution Oatley is seeking a Casual Dental Assistant (2-3 days per week) to join a busy practice offering general dentistry, orthodontics, implants and cosmetic treatments.

This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well with patients and the dental team, and is eager to learn new skills while supporting dentists and anaesthetists during surgical procedures.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Dental Assisting (preferred).
• Experience assisting with surgical procedures, including dental implants and surgical extractions desirable.
• Confident supporting both the dentist and anaesthetist during surgical procedures.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

We are seeking a Casual Dental Assistant (2 - 3 days per week)

* with flexibility to add additional shifts to help cover team leave when needed.

This is a varied and rewarding role within a practice that offers a broad range of treatments, including general dentistry and preventative care, orthodontics, dental implants and surgical procedures, and comprehensive restorative and cosmetic treatments. No two days are the same. Clinical days are busy, rewarding, and fast-paced, making this role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, learning new skills, and working alongside experienced clinicians.

Key responsibilities
