Sheraton Sydney is seeking a Demi Chef (Sydney Common hatted level) to join our part-time kitchen team at 161 Elizabeth Street. You will help maintain a clean, efficient section and contribute to delivering high-quality dishes during busy service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organisational skills to ensure your section is clean and runs efficiently throughout each service period
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a way that aims to exceed guest expectations
• Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
• Assist the team with the preparation and execution of all food and beverage outlet service periods
• Maintain strong food safety and property standards
• Organise and maintain the assigned section of the kitchen effectively
• Serve food in proper portions onto proper receptacles focusing on attention to detail
