Job summary

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Sydney is seeking a Demi Chef (Sydney Common hatted level) to maintain kitchen sections, assist during service periods, and uphold food safety standards.

You will hold a Trade Industry or Commercial Cookery qualification with passion for the industry and relevant experience in a fast-paced kitchen, and you must have working rights in Australia. This part-time role offers growth within Marriott International and opportunities to advance your culinary career.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organisational skills to ensure your section is clean and runs efficiently throughout each service period.

• Assist the team with the preparation and execution of all food and beverage outlet service periods.

• Serve food in proper portions onto proper receptacles focusing on attention to detail.
