The Star Gold Coast is seeking passionate and experienced Chefs to join our growing Culinary team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside highly skilled chefs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment across our award-winning dining venues.

You will play a key role in creating exceptional dining experiences, gaining exposure to high-volume kitchens while contributing to memorable moments for our guests every day.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent is required.
• Proven experience in a busy high-end kitchen.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
