Job summary

Village Roadshow Ltd on the Gold Coast is seeking a passionate Demi Chef to join Sea World Resort's busy kitchen team. You will prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes to resort standards, taking responsibility for your section and supporting the Chef de Partie and wider kitchen crew.

The ideal candidate holds a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery with relevant kitchen experience, a strong focus on teamwork, food safety and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
