Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards and food preparation checklists

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation with hygiene and sanitation protocols
• Mentor and guide junior chefs and kitchen team members as needed
