W Sydney is now casting for Commis Chefs for various outlets! We have both PT and FT roles available depending on the candidates availability and working rights in Australia.

The specific outlets are Level 29/30 (Roof Top Bar), BTWN/IRD (Our Signature Restaurant and IRD Service), and Breakfast Chef. Ideal candidates will have genuine excitement for great food and a passion to learn and grow in a luxury setting.

• Proven pastry chef experience in a fast paced and quality driven working environment
• Well-developed ability to work independently and as part of a strong, diverse and dynamic team
• Must be passionate about food and keen to showcase their ability in fast-paced environment
• Excellent organisational skills and strong work ethic
• Enthusiasm, awareness and great teamwork
• Able to communicate and showcase reliability
• Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
• Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications.

• Available to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed for business demands
• Experience and ability to work in a fast paced and quality driven working environment
