Job summary

Databricks in Melbourne is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect to accelerate adoption of the Databricks platform for our strategic customers. You will collaborate with sales and field engineering to drive onboarding, enablement and production usage across complex workloads, ensuring value and ROI.

Travel up to 30% may be required. You will lead technical account strategy, coordinate with Professional Services, and provide updates on customer health and risk to the Technical GM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering technical projects/programs in Data and AI.
• Strong background in Python, SQL or Scala.
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales or consulting roles.
• Ability to attribute business value to project deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-technical win strategy and execution for strategic accounts.
• Be the accountable technical leader for multiple use cases and customer teams.
• Coordinate with Professional Services and Engineering for production onboarding and delivery.
• Provide KPI updates and management of customer health to executive leadership.
